TiredHey everybody, I'm Mike.
I'm a Canadian retail slave and would-be poet from just outside the GTA.
Some of my favourite things include staying up late, sushi, cold drinks, Japanese psych music, old funk 45s, cats, long pointless drives, and the internet.
I also love my girlfriend and writing things in her room. <3
Poetry's been something I've done since the 8th grade, and while I feel I've come a long way from the pesudo-goth, "would-make-Robert-Smith-barf-up-a-hyena-if-he-ever-read-it" stuff I used to do back then, I still believe I'm going through heavy development stages. I flip-flop a lot through vernacular and more surreal poems and I feel I'm still trying to find my style.
Every writer on my favourites list is fantastic, so check 'em out if you haven't. Now.
I don't really know what else I could say to sell myself aside from "I HOPE YOU LIKE IT." Crits are welcome and feel free to tell me what you really think. I left Fictionpress because of that fake BS.
I swear to god, I'm not as pretentious as I seem.
